Grades Moses Prophets Shechinah Voice Zeir Anpin

102. Come and see, it is written, "Moses speaks, and Elohim answers him by a voice" (Shemot 19:19). We learned that "by a voice" refers to the voice of Moses. This is good, and the voice of Moses is precise, namely, the voice to which he is attached, WHICH IS ZEIR ANPIN, BY WHICH HE SURPASSES above all the other prophets, WHO ARE ATTACHED ONLY TO MALCHUT AND NOT TO ZEIR ANPIN. Since he is attached TO THAT VOICE, WHICH IS ZEIR ANPIN more than all the others, by that voice, which is the supernal grade, he said to Yisrael, 'Hashem your Elohim,' which is a grade called the Shechinah that dwells within YISRAEL, WHICH IS BELOW THE GRADE OF ZEIR ANPIN, TO WHICH MOSES IS ATTACHED. Happy is his lot.

102. ת"ח, כְּתִיב, מֺשֶׁה יְדַבֵּר וְהָאֱלֹהִים יַעֲנֶנּוּ בְקוֹל. וְתָנֵינָן, מַאי בְקוֹל. בְּקוֹלוֹ שֶׁל מֺשֶׁה. וְשַׁפִּיר הוּא, בְּקוֹלוֹ שֶׁל מֺשֶׁה דַּיְיקָא, בְּהַהוּא קוֹל דְּאִיהוּ אָחִיד בֵּיהּ, עַל כָּל שְׁאַר נְבִיאִין. וּבְגִין דְּאִיהוּ אִתְאֲחִיד עַל כֻּלְּהוּ, בְּהַהוּא קוֹל, דַּרְגָּא עִלָּאָה, הֲוָה אָמַר לְהוּ לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, יְיָ' אֱלֹהֶיךָ, אִיהוּ דַּרְגָּא דְּאִקְרֵי שְׁכִינְתָּא, דְּשַׁרְיָיא בְּגַוַויְיהוּ. זַכָּאָה חוּלָקֵיהּ.

Curse Moses Torah

103. Rabbi Shimon also said, We learned that Moses uttered the curses in Leviticus, IN THE BOOK OF VAYIKRA, from the mouth of Gvurah, WHICH IS BINAH THAT IS CALLED SUPERNAL GVURAH. Those IN DEUTERONOMY he uttered with his own mouth. Could you possibly imagine that Moses would speak even a small letter in the Torah from himself?

103. וְאר"ש, תָּנֵינָן, קְלָלוֹת שבת"כ, מֺשֶׁה מִפִּי הַגְּבוּרָה אַמָרָן. וְשֶׁבְּמִשְׁנֵה תּוֹרָה, מֺשֶׁה מִפִּי עַצְמוֹ אָמָרָן. מַאי מִפִּי עַצְמוֹ. וְכִי ס"ד דַּאֲפִילּוּ אָת זְעֵירָא בְּאוֹרַיְיתָא, מֺשֶׁה אָמַר לֵיהּ מִגַּרְמֵיהּ.

104. AND HE ANSWERS, This is good, and we remarked that we did not learn it as from himself but as from his own mouth. What does this mean? It is that voice to which Moses was attached, NAMELY ZEIR ANPIN. Hence these IN LEVITICUS were from the mouth of Gvurah, WHICH IS BINAH THAT IS CALLED SUPERNAL GVURAH, while those IN DEUTERONOMY were from his own mouth, namely from the mouth of the grade to which Moses was attached more than all the faithful prophets, WHICH IS THE GRADE OF ZEIR ANPIN. Hence it is always SAID 'your Elohim,' SINCE IT ALLUDES TO MALCHUT THAT IS BELOW ZEIR ANPIN; but here, IN "SH'MA YISRAEL" IT IS SAID "our Elohim," SINCE IT ALLUDES TO BINAH THAT IS ABOVE ZEIR ANPIN, TO WHICH MOSES IS ATTACHED.

104. אֶלָּא שַׁפִּיר הוּא, וְהָא אִתְּעַרְנָא, מֵעַצְמוֹ לָא תָּנֵינָן, אֶלָּא מִפִּי עַצְמוֹ. וּמַאי אִיהוּ. הַהוּא קוֹל דְּאִיהוּ אָחִיד בֵּיהּ. וְע"ד, הַלָּלוּ מִפִּי הַגְּבוּרָה. וְהַלָּלוּ מִפִּי עַצְמוֹ. מִפִּי הַהוּא דַּרְגָּא דְּאִתְקְשַׁר בֵּיהּ עַל שְׁאַר נְבִיאֵי מְהֵימְנֵי. וְעַל דָּא, בְּכָל אֲתָר אֱלֹהֶיךָ, וְהָכָא אֱלֹהֵינוּ.

105. Come and see how much people should guard their ways so that they will be occupied with the worship of their Master and merit everlasting life. Underneath the throne of the Holy King, WHICH IS MALCHUT, there are supernal compartments. And to that place of the throne, WHICH IS MALCHUT, the Mezuzah is connected to save man from many Judgments, the purpose of which is to awaken people through them. Similarly the Holy One, blessed be He, did to Yisrael by giving them the commandments of the Torah, so they will endeavor in them and be saved in this world from many prosecutors and those that bring charges who meet people daily.

105. ת"ח, כַּמָּה אִית לְהוּ לִבְנֵי נָשָׁא לְאִסְתַּמְּרָא אוֹרְחַיְיהוּ, בְּגִין דְּיִשְׁתַּדְּלוּן בְּפֻלְחָנָא דְּמָארֵיהוֹן, וְיִזְכּוּן לְחַיֵּי עָלְמִין. תְּחוֹת כּוּרְסְיָיא דְּמַלְכָּא קַדִּישָׁא, אִית מָדוֹרִין עִלָּאִין. וּבְהַהוּא אֲתָר דְּכוּרְסְיָּיא, מְזוּזָה אִתְקְשַׁר, לְאִשְׁתְּזָבָא מִכַּמָּה מָארֵי דִּינִין, דִּזְמִינִין לְאַתְּעָרָא בְּהוּ בִּבְנֵי נָשָׁא, בְּהַהוּא עָלְמָא. כְּגַוְונָא דָּא עָבִיד קוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, וְיָהַב לְהוּ פִּקּוּדֵי אוֹרַיְיתָא, בְּגִין דְּיִשְׁתַּדְּלוּן בָּהּ וְיִשְׁתֵּזְבוּן בְּהַאי עָלְמָא, מִכַּמָּה מָארֵי דִּינִין, מִכַּמָּה מְקַטְרְגֵי, דְּאִזְדַּמְנוּן בְּהוּ בִּבְנֵי נָשָׁא בְּכָל יוֹמָא.
