Korach: Chapter 11

Two out of one hundred

Synopsis

We hear from the Faithful Shepherd about the next precept, that is to set aside a great offering, two out of one hundred. This means to unify God twice a day with the morning prayer and the evening prayer. We learn the gematria that explain the one hundred from the name Yud Hei Vav Hei and the ten Sfirot and the word Tzadi or Righteous. Moses also mentions the hundred blessings that a person is required to do every day to bless God. He refers to several offerings and emphasizes the importance of the mating of Zeir Anpin and Malchut.
